I agree. My wife and I were discussing this last night. I thought it was cool that he was talking about OoT, but to quit your job just to play a game? Where are your priorities?

Might as well do something one enjoys than toil away at a job they may not enjoy.

Yes, I can understand that. Maybe in his situation, he could afford to not keep the job. I know when I was a teenager, I didn't need a job. I just wanted one to make extra cash. So yeah, I could have quit work and stayed home to play games.

In my current situation, I would not be able to quit my job to play games, unless I was able to supplement my income by playing the games. Now that would be a dream job. Actually, I wouldn't mind doing this for a living. Playing games, writing reviews, working from home and still make enough money to support my family!

That'd be awesome instead of testing. I don't think people get paid for reviewing though, at least not too much.

I think testing would be interesting, but I hear it's very stressful.

Reigning champ (Joon) on Jeopardy was just being interviewed by Alex Trebek. Apparently the champ quit his summer job to play a game all summer long. Guess what game.

The most shocking thing here is that Jeopardy is still on the air.

Depends on who you review for. 100$ per full review is the typical free-lance price. Of course those are typically reputed free-lance reviewers.

I really like Link and Ganon.

Yeah, we can't really help you with the Water Temple unless you gave us more info. I'm guessing you are missing the key in the center tower room. You need to have the water raised at least 1 level, then use the iron boots at the bottom to go underneath where the blocks were (when the water is at it's lowest).
