I got an email from Nintendo yesterday that my 2012 Platinum reward shipped! So should be getting it soon!

Got my Platinum award today! I didn't care much for the cards, but they were the best out of the options we had IMO. But now I'm definitely glad I got them as they're actually pretty neat! Here are some pics...

So I'm actually quite happy with these cards, they look neat. I don't really use playing cards much, but if I ever do, I know I have these nice ones lying around for use.

Got an email too that mine shipped. I got the LOZ poster set, I am now regretting not getting the cards!

Do you plan on actually using the cards or just collecting them? I will be getting them as well and I was considering either holding onto them (not sure why), or selling them on ebay. I mean, I still have the pins and puzzle box from last year still in the package under my bed. I have no use for it....any suggestions for that or the cards?

Basically just collecting. I mean, if I ever want to use them, then sure why not. But just collecting the, basically. The pins and also that statue with the ? Box are displayed in my room, just cause.

I used the cards for the first time the other day. I played "Memory" or "Concentration" with my son.

When I was younger I collected here and there, but never got serious about it. Now, I realize I don't have the resources, or desire to collect like I used to. My son gets more enjoyment from using the stuff I get from Club Nintendo rather than me just storing or displaying it. He seems to really like the cards. I also have the 3 set of Mario posters from a couple years ago which I bet he would love to have hanging in his room =D.

Only 20 away from platinum, so I'm just going to wait it out and see if I "need" to do any of my remaining surveys. I probably won't, considering the timeframe.

I hit platinum with the Wii U / Nintendo Land registrations a month ago. I'm only adding in new surveys to hit the 115 coins, then I will be on a survey embargo. I can't stop the ones I download though, which stinks in that regard. Then it becomes don't buy the game until July 1st.

Like I want Wii Fit U, and want that one downloaded, so I will have to take the coins when they come in.

Which for that title it will be interesting since it is supposed to come with with that pedometer (not that a 3rd device to track my steps [3DS, FitBit]).

Anybody get the Nintendo 3DS card case they put back up on Club Nintendo? It's only 250 coins. I got one cause I was looking for one to hold all my daughters 3ds and DS games.

They restocked it this past Thursday and I snagged one. Pretty sweet the they shipped it next day. I'm expecting it by the end of the month.

It arrived on Saturday. Beautiful gold. It was good, since I only have 3 nunchuk controllers, now I have a 4th.

I was checking my surveys and saw a little "X" on some of them. You can now hide ones on your to-do list. They created a new "To-Do History" section on the account to show what surveys you completed. The hidden ones are in this list to complete if you wanted to.

I find it useful since I have 4 surveys in there, 3 of them I cannot do (or won't do) since I bought the game already just not that version of it. I did to-dos for download and disc buy since I didn't know which one I'd get since I get review copies. So I have one for Nintendo Land, NSMB U and Sticker Star (and now Fire Emblem) so I'm not going to double dip and buy the retail version of all those games (thought I needed Nintendo Land since I thought my Deluxe would have a code for it). So I'm happy I can hide those 5 surveys and don't care when they expire in 4 years. (The 5th survey is for Fossil Fighters, I had clicked on it when the intend-to-purchase surveys were brand new thinking I could see info on the game, but it's been stored in my to-do list for like 3 years now. I've thought of free coins to buy a cheap new copy, but likely not going to happen with all the upcoming games I want).

A number of rewards are on discount for St. Patrick's Day for 72 hours. It started yesterday, so you still have 2 days left to spend some coins. Currently on discount are items like the shirt, animal crossing case, Wii remote straps.
