I picked this one up with my Christmas eShop card, and the game disappoints at first if you are a 3DS owner.

Basically you have to play the same 16 levels, the 5 bonus levels, before you unlock the new levels. So basically you are re-beating the game before you get to the new stuff.

I saw on Miiverse you get 21 bonus levels after the first 21 are completed. I haven't made it there yet, so no comment on those yet.

Basically, I've re-beat levels 1-18 (first 2 bonus) and beat the par time on all of them again. So I'm getting close to getting back to where I was.

Anyone else buy this game? It is a great game if you haven't played it, but if you own it on the 3DS, you may be disappointed like I was.

Haven't played through any of the new content yet, but yea I got it. I'm mostly disappointed that they still don't have online leader boards for the time trials; especially because I'm friends with someone who made the game, and I made the leader board suggestion a year ago.

What was their response? I think that's why I really love Nano Assault Neo since you can see the scores of friends, and worldwide leaderboards. Speed runs are very competitive and this title is perfect for that kind of competition.

Considering they just boxed up the 3DS one with 21 "hard versions" of the original 21 levels, I felt ripped off. Especially since I had to re-beat the original 21 levels before seeing the new content. Hyper .01 should have been unlocked when Mission .01 was par'ed.

Essentially it was that servers are too expensive, but that was for the 3ds ver. Don't see why the Wii U ver didn't come with leaderboards.
