So I saw this was a Club Nintendo offer and decided to get it because it had been over a decade since I had played it. I forgot how much fun it was and how touchy the controls are. After playing it I realized I also have 1080 Avalanche for the GameCube and decided to see how it compared. I also had forgotten how great it was. I think I like Avalanche better then the original. Smoother controls tricks are easier to pull off and the sense of speed it that much better, I also enjoyed the soundtrack. With the SSX franchise pumping out snowboarding games at a more regular pace 1080 had been completely pushed from my mind. I'm glad I revisited these games, I'll probably be playing a lot more of them throughout the winter. Did any of you guys play these games growing up?

I really liked this game back in the day, and I thought about getting it via CN, but haven't done so yet. I just don't know if I'd play it that much considering...

There really isn't a whole lot to do in the game after playing through it again. I think most my enjoyment comes from nostalgia.

I don't think I've played this... I've never been one for skateboarding/snowboarding; both games and real life.
