Post Red Bull Stratos
Red Bull Stratos has launched! Felix Baumgartner is currently rising in his capsule, with about 2 hours until he reaches his peak altitude of 120,000 feet. He'll jump from the capsule to reach speeds over 650 mph, breaking the sound barrier with only his body within the first 30 seconds of his descent.

Yeah. He hit Mach 1.24 (800+ mph) during his descent.

Dang! I missed it. I saw a clip of it, pretty cool looking. I would like to see some more of the jump.
