As I've said on the forums before, I'm getting rather bored of the mainline Pokemon games. But Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time/Darkness was one that really surprised me and I enjoyed that. What really got me hooked was the story, which was awesome. They made some more Mystery Dungeon games on WiiWare, but they didn't have much of a story and were never localized anyways. So I had been hoping for another true PMD game and on 3DS... and I got my wish!

And apparently this game might be all in 3D, no sprites. That'd be neat!

This is kind of exciting. I hope it comes out soon. I need more 3DS games...

3DS has a killer app, come to US! And I think Pikachu is one of the ones we can be, day 1 baby, day 1!!!

Looks great, I see some familiar stuff returning as well like the Keckleon shop. I like the change to 3D models, should be interesting. And THAT MUSIC! So awesome.

That's definitely the sort of Visual update we should be seeing, I hope the story writing can be as amazing as it was in Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky

I recently played the demo, and I have to say I'm really impressed, definitely a step forward for the mystery dungeon series. Ready for the game to be released, there will be many days and nights playing this game.

Started playing the demo, so far so good. Looked nice visually and going through the dungeons was fun. I just hope there is an interesting story to this game. That's what I really enjoyed about Explorers of Darkness/Time on DS. I haven't finished the demo yet, so maybe that'll be coming, but right now it's more getting things set up. So we'll see what the story is like, hopefully it's good.

I'll have to try the demo and see what I think, I was considering castlevania (non topic related so sue me) but I really wasn't sure about it. I played the Demo of Castlevania and thought eh maybe I'll wait, I'm like Darkwish and have been suprised about the story of the pokemon dungeon series.

But I'm really considering passing it by, only because most pokemon games are so repetitive. Oh yay were going to explore the dungeon and save the world! (this is typical, and in most present styles of mystery dungeons.)

But I'll still try it, I might even suprise myself.

So far the story seems to be about the same; saving of the world and etc -yadda yadda- but the Pokemon in 3D CG is neat to see. Only problem there might be is;

Still I really enjoyed it. It's a bit frustrating that you can only get so far in the demo before it kicks you out though.. I was able to get pretty far until I was told I can't play any more in the demo & am sent to the main menu screen. D: Still it's a really good game; and plays pretty good. It has some issues I've found but I'm sure that they'll be dealt with prior to launch: hopefully.

I have played all the MDGs and i've loved them all but when I played the demo for the new one I was dissapionted. I thought we would get to choose from a lot more pokemon like in the past games. But this one limits you to only the starter pokemon and axue(Pikachu of course too.)I thought we would be able to pick from a bigger selection, also in the demo I didn't like that we don't go through the questionair thing. I kinda liked seeing which pokemon matches my personality I don't know if thats only in the demo that you don't go through the questionair thing. Or if there is a questionair in the full ersion but that is what I experienced. The plot looked good though I wasn't disappionted with that, at least but overall looks good. I well definately be getting it when it comes out. Hope you do the same! :)

Yea, that would have been cool to have that personality matching thing again. I believe the full game is the same way. Regardless, I'll also be getting this game. So far, the demo hasn't enthused me as much as the previous DS Mystery Dungeon games did... but it's somewhat entertaining at least, so I'll get it.
