You can post it from your 3DS by accessing these forums from there, and attaching the file using the section at the bottom of the post reply screen. Others have done it that way and shows up fine. Follow the same steps to take the picture, but instead of taking out the SD card spot, go to a post reply in this topic and add file (it's below the main text box), and follow the prompts and requirements there.

I'm planning on racing some people tonight if you want me to grab your Mii and do a picture. I still need your Friend code and Mii name though. Sorry for the late response, I was at the Legend of Zelda concert last night.
