OMG my OMD (camera) is OFD (out for delivery).

I bought Dark Souls for PS3 the other day. I haven't had time to play it much, but I've mostly enjoyed the time I've put in so far. I bought Metal Slug 2 on PSP the other day as well. I got a digital copy off the PSN store, so I'm playing it on my Vita.

I have a big purchase in my future, too. I'm going to buy a new computer! I'm going to build a gaming rig when I finish the summer, since I'll have saved up quote a bit of cash. One of my best friends has been building PCs since, like, middle school, so he helped me pick out the parts. In total, it'll run me about $670, and it should be able to play anything on max settings at 1080p. I'm pretty excited!

Bought Mega Man 2 and Adventure of Link on the Wii VC. Facing the facts that those Gamecube discs will not be playable on the Wii U. Got a nice long list of games to get on there :( (there are others I want besides the Zelda and Mega Man games).

Leaving the world of laptops/macbooks?

Nope! Just expanding my presence in the world of computing hardware. Also, I have a large Steam library of Windows games that I can't use. I was planning on buying a Mac Mini, but figured if I'm getting a desktop, I'll go all out and get a rig that's more powerful and cheaper than the Mini. I'm still keeping my MacBook Pro, but I might sell that and get an Air or something else in the near future.

Bought Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance, the flashback clips do a decent job of trying to explain the previous games, though I do wonder how they will handle this for the third full entry as theyll have so much to catch up everyone on for that game if they want to continue to broaden the audience on more hardware.

I'm just trying to figure out how Anime is worth spending $1000's a year on. Does he spend more on Anime then video games?

Probably. Anime/manga are serialized, and that requires multiple purchases for a series, whereas a game tyically has one or two installments a year. If he reads five manga series, with a volume a month, that's $900 if the volumes are ~$15 each. Add in cost of BluRays and DVDs and that's a hefty cost.

Once you get one game artbook, you cant stop, got quite a bit of stuff today

Bought the 3DS XL!! I also renewed my Gamestop membership thing as it only had 2 weeks left.

Yesterday, I bought The Hunger Games on blu-ray from Target... got the 3-Disc Deluxe Edition. Then last night I downloaded New Super Mario Bros. 2 from the 3DS eShop. And today I got the Blue/Black Nintendo 3DS XL!
