 Re: NSMB2 Race to 1 Million Coins! From the video it looks like 1-1, 1-2 are merged as the first course, then SMB3 1-1 and 1-5 merged as a second course, and the final course is 1-4 from SMB. That's what I gathered.
Now we need challenge classic pack! How about SMB3 6-5? Or I think 7-7 was another toughie.
Definitely will be downloading it while it's free!

The first level is a switch frenzy course. You hit a switch and run on coin-turned blocks and have to make it to the next switch, hit it, and continue on. I beat it eventually only to get stuck at level 2. I haven't beaten #2 yet. It's a volcano themed course and appears important to bounce on top of Koopas. I just need to get the timing down and not lose my power leaf in the second set of Koopas. Hey Greg! send me your highest Nerve Wrack Pack coin total  *Edit* that is.. whenever you beat the pack :)
