yes, the extra had extreme troubles getting into a group. Depending how the it works out, I may have to switch something around. I have to see how this round turns out.

I think 3 would be more fair with 7 people. Doesn't 1 group have just 5?

I'm in a real difficult position. The 4-6 is also 7 people. But I can't have more than 8 in the finals.

There were so many problems in this first session. I don't know how to try to even it out.

I can't be unfair to Funkman 64.. so I don't know what to do.

Maybe I should take 3 from the next 2 groups? I don't know how else to handle it.

The reasoning for the move was matches were dropped a lot, and 3 players were unable to play for about half of their session. So to even it out, I should take top 3 from the 2-4, and 4-6 groups today making a finals of 10, which forces 10 players to compete in a single community, so there has to be a second group playing since the game only allows 8 per race. I can't be unfair to Funkman 64, so he still advances.

I understand connection problems, but people should try resetting their internet and making sure it's good to go.

Based on difficulties making sure the finals are fair, I can only take the top 2 from both 2-4 and 4-6 today. It would be unfair in the final week to have 10 in a single community, since it will shaft about half of the group. With the possibilities of having 8-2 or 6-4 it would be unfair to the smaller group if they are not in a main set.

So I'm revising the 2-4 and 4-6 to be top 2 to keep it fair. I'm also not taking anymore switches. I apologize if you have connection problems, but sometimes things happen. You are responsible for resetting your internet connections and making sure you are good to play. I know the groups are slightly larger, but it allows more points to be earned. This is the fairest in terms of the finals week and I'm sorry for any inconveniences.

Then can't you just split 2 groups of 5, then top 2 race each other?

Might be harder to schedule, and it might be hard just with a 1 on 1 at the end with it being tied. So I need more support of this for it to be considered.

Original agreement was top 2 for all communities, it would be unfair to Funkman 64 to cut him. I considered that with how it ended, but I'm trying to be fair.

Having finals with more than 8 would be unfair to a smaller group. So if it's 6 and 4 or 8 and 2 or 7 and 3, it would be unfair to the smaller group not playing with the large one. If I have 2 communities, then it will be a scheduling nightmare and people would have to play a second match that same day. It would be harder to end the tournament next Saturday with more than 8 people.

I need lots of support to do top 3 and still end it on Saturday. there are people that want to camp for their Wii U, so I don't know how to end it on time and be fair to all. If you have any ideas how to still play next week and for it to end on Saturday, I'm open to suggestions. If it's top 3, then I might have to consider top 3 from the first group and from tomorrow's group. I just don't know how to have it with a single community to end it with 10-12 people. I don't know if it would be fair to have 12 people in one community, since then it would still be like 8 and 4, or 7 and 5. If I do 2 communities, how would we figure a winner? The top X from 2 communities likely couldn't play a second time that day, and people want to know if they are winning the Wii U so they can camp/pick it up, etc.

I don't think the group splitting up should be a factor. It's already doing that. Please consider making it top 3

If it's top 3, I need suggestions for next week scheduling. Also, may have to do top 3 from first group today, and final group tomorrow. Right now it's not changing unless I have a thorough explanation, reasoning, and potential way to handle it. The main thing is ending it next Saturday, unless we do something on Sunday the 18th, but I likely will be busy with other plans. Also there are people wanting to camp for it and everything as well. So it seems like it has to end next Saturday. based on having a group tomorrow, it doesn't seem likely people will want to have 2 groups to play in one day to end it.

So I really need thorough plan if we are extending the finals by 2-4 people. Not just a vote; we need to have it planned out in the fairest way possible.
